To quantify and characterize the absolute abundance and taxonomic composition of bacterial communities in paper mulberry silage under different water activity levels throughout the ensiling process, using high-throughput absolute quantification 16S rRNA gene sequencing.This study examined bacterial community succession in paper mulberry silage under three water activity levels (high, medium, and low) across multiple ensiling stages (0, 3, 7, 14, and 45 days).
本研究采用高通量绝对定量16S rRNA基因测序(high-throughput absolute quantification 16S rRNA gene sequencing)技术,对全青贮发酵周期内不同水分活度水平下构树青贮饲料的细菌群落绝对丰度与分类学组成进行定量表征。本研究针对高、中、低三个水分活度水平下的构树青贮饲料,在0、3、7、14及45天等多个青贮发酵阶段监测了其细菌群落的演替过程。
