本数据记录了天保工程社会经济数据中工程区自然资源的编号、省（自治区、直辖市）、土地面积（万公顷）、全年平均温度（摄氏度）、年降水量（毫米）、日照时数（小时）、水资源总量（亿立方米）、地表水资源量（亿立方米）、地下水资源量（亿立方米）、河川年径流量（亿立方米）、水力资源理论蕴藏量（亿立方米）、矿产资源、有林地面积（万公顷）、森林覆盖率（%）、活立木蓄积量（亿立方米）等记录。该数据是速丰天保工程区及干热河谷区2000年全国14个省的社会经济背景数据，涉及财政、金融及物价、耕地面积及粮食产量、工程区自然资源、工业总产值、固定资产投资、国内生产总值、就业情况、科教卫生、农林牧渔业产值、农业基本情况、人口数和畜牧业生产情况等数据。可为研究相关林业重大工程以及对于生态环境建设的影响提供背景数据参考。

This dataset documents the natural resource-related indicators for the project areas under the National Natural Forest Protection Program (NFPP), including serial number, province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government), land area (10,000 hectares), annual average temperature (°C), annual precipitation (mm), sunshine duration (hours), total water resources (100 million m³), surface water resources (100 million m³), groundwater resources (100 million m³), annual river runoff (100 million m³), theoretical potential of hydraulic resources (100 million m³), mineral resources, wooded land area (10,000 hectares), forest coverage (%), and standing stock volume (100 million m³), among other metrics. This dataset is a set of socio-economic background data covering 14 provinces across China in 2000, focusing on the NFPP project areas for fast-growing and high-yield forests and dry-hot valley areas. It encompasses data covering finance, banking and commodity prices, arable land area and grain yield, natural resources in project areas, total industrial output value, fixed asset investment, gross domestic product (GDP), employment status, science, education and public health, total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, basic agricultural conditions, population size, and animal husbandry production status, amongst others. This dataset can provide valuable reference background data for research on major forestry-related projects and their impacts on ecological environment construction.
