Servant leadership and commitment

This article presents data on the impact of servant leadership and commitment among university employees in Pakistan. The article has a quantitative research design and probability sampling technique. The population of the study n=323 includes university employees in randomly selected universities. SPSS and AMOS was used for statistical analyzing the data, Cronbach alpha test for reliability confirmed during the pilot study. Regression for statistical analysis done, and several different techniques used.

本文呈现了巴基斯坦高校员工群体内服务型领导（servant leadership）与组织承诺影响的相关研究数据。本研究采用定量研究设计与概率抽样法，有效样本量为n=323，研究对象为从随机遴选的多所高校中抽取的在职员工。研究使用SPSS与AMOS开展统计分析，预研究阶段已通过克朗巴哈α系数（Cronbach alpha）检验完成信度验证。本研究开展了回归分析，并运用了多种其他统计分析技术。
