Data MWA

Between October 2017 and May 2022, a total of 254 patients with single early-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were enrolled in this study. Patients were categorized into three groups on the basis of tumor diameter: less than 2 cm, 2–3 cm, and 3–5 cm. All patients underwent ultrasonography-guided MWA as a first-line treatment. Isolation via the size of epithelial tumor cells (ISET) method was employed to capture CTCs.

2017年10月至2022年5月期间，本研究共纳入254例单发早期肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）患者。根据肿瘤直径，患者被分为三组：直径小于2 cm组、2-3 cm组及3-5 cm组。所有患者均接受超声引导下微波消融（microwave ablation, MWA）作为一线治疗。采用上皮肿瘤细胞大小分离法（Isolation via the size of epithelial tumor cells, ISET）捕获循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cells, CTCs）。
