An NGS-based approach was followed to analyse the co-infection of citrus with CTV and CDVd. In silico analysis suggested the involvement of two sRNAs in plant hormone regulation during infection. Results from this study also showed areas highly targeted by the plant's RNA-silencing mechanism on both the CTV and CDVd genomes.
