The purpose of the sequencing endeavor was to conduct a comparative transcriptomic analysis between the inguinal adipose tissue of PCOS mice treated with adropin and that of untreated PCOS mice. This analysis aims to assess the impact of adropin therapy on the transcriptome of PCOS mice, thereby elucidating its potential therapeutic effects at the molecular level.
