Systematic assessment of additional gene list

Following our systematic gene search and assessment using Online Mendelian Inheritance of Man (OMIM), an additional 19 genes from a review (Schimenti and Handel., 2018) were evaluated for suitability. One gene, <i>Capza3</i> (highlighted in grey), passed our gene requirements for fertility targeted gene drives, and was subsequently added to our male candidate gene list. Gene name, OMIM access number, KO (KO) phenotype, evidence of sex bias effect, description of gene expression pattern and reference to mouse KO model are shown. <br>

本研究依托人类在线孟德尔遗传（Online Mendelian Inheritance of Man, OMIM）数据库开展系统性基因检索与评估。
此外，我们还针对Schimenti与Handel于2018年发表的综述文献中提及的19个额外基因进行了适配性评估。
其中，基因*Capza3*（以灰色高亮标注）满足本研究针对靶向生育的基因驱动设定的基因筛选要求，随后被纳入雄性候选基因列表。
本次研究一并列出了基因名称、OMIM登录号、基因敲除（Knockout, KO）表型、性别偏倚效应证据、基因表达模式描述以及小鼠KO模型的相关参考文献。
