OCT scans at two lateral resolutions (40 um, 40 um, 2.18 um <i>x,y,z</i> respectively, labeled LR) and (11.1 um ,11.1 um and 2.18 um, labeled HR) were taken every 3 days in a 15 days experiment. LR scans have dimension 250 x 250 x 1024 pixels and are contained in folders name large. HR scans are 900 x 900 x 1024 pixels and are contained in folders names B1 (for the FFM) and B5 (for the SFM). Both HR and LR scans covered a total volume of 10 mm x 10 mm x 2.2 mm. 66 x 3 low resolution (LR) scans covered an area of 0.4 m x 0.025 m in a tiled pattern. 3 x 3 high resolution (HR) scans were taken at the extremes of the same area of interest. Each scan (in .raw format) has a relative .json metadata file named accordingly. Files are labeled with the date and time of acquisition, while the last part of the file name identifies the tile. Days of biofilm development and replicate for each acquisition date are reported in the OCTScans_metadata.xls file.<br>
本实验为期15天,每3天采集两组光学相干断层扫描(Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT)图像:一组为标注为低分辨率(Low Resolution, LR)的图像,其x、y、z轴方向的横向分辨率分别为40 μm、40 μm、2.18 μm;另一组为标注为高分辨率(High Resolution, HR)的图像,其x、y、z轴方向的横向分辨率分别为11.1 μm、11.1 μm、2.18 μm。低分辨率扫描图像的尺寸为250×250×1024像素,存储于名为large的文件夹中;高分辨率扫描图像的尺寸为900×900×1024像素,分别存储于B1(对应FFM)和B5(对应SFM)文件夹中。所有高、低分辨率扫描图像的覆盖总容积均为10 mm×10 mm×2.2 mm。66×3张低分辨率扫描图像以平铺拼接模式覆盖了0.4 m×0.025 m的区域;在同一感兴趣区域的边缘位置,采集了3×3张高分辨率扫描图像。每张.raw格式的扫描图像均配有对应的.json格式元数据文件,命名规则与扫描图像一致。所有文件均以采集日期和时间作为文件名标识,文件名的最后一部分用于标识拼接区块。各采集日期对应的生物膜培养天数与重复实验信息,均记录于OCTScans_metadata.xls文件中。
