Drosophila melanogaster Nanopore Q20 sequencing

Raw sequencing reads of Q20 data collected from D. melanogaster. Nuclei were isolated from ~100 male adult flies and DNA was purified by phenol-chloroform extraction. Libraries were constructed with the LSK114 (Q20) ligation sequencing kit and sequenced on R10.4.1 MinION flow cells. Reads were called with Guppy 6.4.2 in super-accuracy mode.

本数据集为采集自黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）的Q20数据原始测序读段。实验从约100只成年雄性果蝇中分离细胞核，通过酚-氯仿抽提法纯化DNA；使用LSK114（Q20）连接测序试剂盒构建测序文库，并在R10.4.1版本MinION测序流通池上完成测序；随后采用Guppy 6.4.2软件的超高精度模式进行读段碱基识别。
