本数据集为标题为《基于蕹菜根的高效简便氢氧化钠（NaOH）改性法去除甲基紫染料》的研究论文配套的最小数据集。本数据集源自采用氢氧化钠化学改性蕹菜（Ipomoea aquatica，俗称空心菜/水菠菜）根以去除甲基紫2B染料的批量吸附实验。
