GORG-Dark SAGs

This dataset, Global Ocean Reference Genomes: Dark (GORG-Dark), contains 9,698 single amplified genomes (SAGs) obtained from individual bacterial or archaeal cells isolated from ocean plankton at aphotic depths. It accompanies the manuscript <i>Single-cell-resolved genome composition of prokaryoplankton inhabiting the ocean’s interior,</i> and is presented as a reference database for microbial ecologists, oceanographers, and bioprospectors.

全球海洋参考基因组：黑暗版（Global Ocean Reference Genomes: Dark, GORG-Dark）数据集包含9698个单扩增基因组（Single Amplified Genomes, SAGs），这些单扩增基因组来源于从无光深度海域的海洋浮游生物中分离得到的单个细菌或古菌细胞。本数据集伴随学术论文《栖息于海洋深部的原核浮游生物的单细胞分辨率基因组组成》一同发布，并作为参考数据库供微生物生态学家、海洋学家以及生物勘探者使用。
