Data Source: The data is collected from the ZTO Express Truck Transportation System and Data Cockpit Platform, focusing on the weight loading rate information of vehicles with different axle counts at the Ganzhou Distribution Center. Core fields include vehicle axle count, rated load weight, actual load weight, origin province/region, origin distribution center, etc. 2. Data Processing (1) Actual Load Weight: Screen vehicle status to distinguish between in-transit and non-transportation vehicles. Weigh the cargo on each vehicle to obtain the actual load weight of the vehicle. (2) Rated Load Weight: Evaluate the rated load weight for vehicles based on their axle counts in different provinces/regions. (3) Actual Loading Rate = Actual Load Weight / Rated Load Weight (4) Target Weight Loading Rate: Determine the target loading rate for vehicles in different provinces/regions using quantile algorithms based on historical transportation conditions and vehicle arrangements, so as to reduce transportation costs, cut down empty driving and no-load scenarios, and assist in optimizing warehouse storage layout and cargo outbound arrangements.
