本数据集针对经si-阴性对照（si-Control）与靶向TP53的小干扰RNA（si-TP53）处理的两组RPE1细胞，开展单细胞追踪与病灶计数分析。受试细胞同时还按照是否暴露于DNA损伤剂（DNA Damaging Agents，即NCS ± DNA依赖蛋白激酶抑制剂（DNA-PKi））进行分组。
