Data Collection: Collected foreign trade sales data of men's suits from the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) business management system. Data Calculation: First, sensitive information is encrypted, and the data is processed, desensitized, filtered, counted and analyzed. The formula for order volume proportion is: Order volume proportion (%) = (Number of men's suits (pieces) / Total number of orders (pieces)) × 100%. 3. User Consumption Capacity Classification: Using the ABCD classification method, users are graded as follows: Grade A for those with order volume proportion > 15.00%; Grade B for those with order volume proportion in the range of >5.00% and ≤15.00%; Grade C for those with order volume proportion in the range of >0.00% and ≤5.00%; Grade D for those with order volume proportion ≤0.00%. The consumption capacity decreases sequentially from Grade A to Grade D, with Grade A being the highest customer tier.
