The study aims to identify early osteogenic and chondrogenic lineage markers with time course bulk RNA-seq profiling of 3-day differentiation induced cells. Human adipose tissue derived mesenchymal progenitor cells from two different donors were each split into 4 experimental groups and underwent non-induced, adipogenic, chondrogenic, or osteogenic induction for 3 days.

本研究旨在通过对3天分化诱导细胞的时间进程批量RNA测序(bulk RNA-seq)分析,鉴定早期成骨系与成软骨系细胞标志物。本研究使用两名不同供体的人脂肪组织来源的间充质祖细胞(mesenchymal progenitor cells),将每份供体来源的细胞均分为4个实验组,分别开展为期3天的未诱导、成脂诱导、成软骨诱导及成骨诱导处理。
