Bacteria Genome sequencing and assembly

Genomes sequences of bacterial strains representatives of the main seed-borne taxa. All strains were isolated on a single synthetic media from a range of seed samples belonging to different plant species such as common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), radish (Raphanus sativus) and rapeseed (Brassica napus).

本数据集涵盖主要种子传播类群代表性菌株的基因组序列。所有菌株均通过单一合成培养基，从普通菜豆（Phaseolus vulgaris）、萝卜（Raphanus sativus）与油菜（Brassica napus）等不同植物物种的多份种子样本中分离得到。
