GEPIADB date related

As single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) research proliferates, efficient analysis on vast datasets has become challenging. To address this issue, we provide GEPIADB by calculating the key statistics of cell type-level expression profiles originated from 850 single cell studies, which enables users to perform basic gene-centric analysis in an almost real-time manner. The full database has also been stored in csv format in this file.

随着单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）研究的日益增多，针对海量数据集开展高效分析已成为一项极具挑战性的任务。为解决这一难题，我们构建了GEPIADB数据库：通过计算源自850项单细胞研究的细胞类型级表达谱的关键统计数据，使用户能够以近乎实时的方式完成基础的以基因为中心的分析。本文件中同时以csv格式存储了该完整数据库。
