Transcriptome sequencing of A549 cells treated with exosomes derived from paclitaxel-resistant cells

Exosomes were extracted from paclitaxel resistant cell line A549T. Then, exosomes were co-cultured with A549 for 48 h, and total RNA was extracted from exosomes transformed cells. Our aim was to verify transcriptome changes in cells after exosome transformation.

从紫杉醇耐药细胞株A549T中提取外泌体（Exosomes）。随后将外泌体与A549细胞共培养48小时，并从经外泌体转化的细胞中提取总RNA（total RNA）。本研究旨在验证外泌体转化处理后细胞内的转录组（transcriptome）变化。
