Bacteria are one of the most critical components in soil. Fertilization is an important manage-ment practice for maintaining soil fertility, and fertilization affects soil bacterial community structure. The objective of this study was to explore the influence of nutrient enrichment on the soil bacterial community composition, function, and diversity in Larix olgensis Henry plantation after thinning using the Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology.
细菌是土壤中最为关键的组成组分之一。施肥是维持土壤肥力的重要经营管理措施,其可对土壤细菌群落结构产生显著影响。本研究旨在借助Illumina高通量测序技术,探究养分富集对间伐后长白落叶松(Larix olgensis Henry)人工林土壤细菌群落组成、功能及多样性的影响。
