Copy number data and Stage I/II Breast Cancer

Search for copy number imbalances and allelotype in 971 early stage breast cancer using molecular inversion probe arrays Affymetrix MIP arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from paraffin embedded formalin fixed Stage I and II Breast Cancers Copy number analysis of Affymetrix Oncoscan Version 1 MIP arrays was performed for 971 Stage I and II breast cancers.

本研究采用分子倒置探针（molecular inversion probe, MIP）阵列，对971例Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期早期乳腺癌的拷贝数失衡与等位基因分型进行检测分析。具体实验流程为：从福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded, FFPE）的Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期乳腺癌组织中提取基因组DNA，严格遵循制造商提供的操作指南完成Affymetrix公司的MIP阵列实验；随后对全部971例Ⅰ/Ⅱ期乳腺癌样本开展Affymetrix Oncoscan Version 1型MIP阵列的拷贝数分析。
