Raw data set for prospective samples collected on SARS-CoV-2 positive and negative individuals (clinical data)

The data set includes results from 44 rapid antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2 compared to RT-PCR. <br> RT-PCR oropharynx, 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/sample is missing <br> Ct(OP) is the RT-PCR cycle of quantification on deep oropharyngeal swabs from the individual. The value reported is the Cq value. When negative, the result is reported ad 100.00. <br> For each rapid antigen test the results are reported as 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/result is missing.

本数据集收录了44项针对严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型（SARS-CoV-2）的快速抗原检测结果，所有结果均以逆转录聚合酶链式反应（RT-PCR）作为对照基准。
RT-PCR采样采用口咽拭子方式，其结果标注规则为：0代表阴性，1代表阳性，其余数值则表示结果无法判定、未完成检测或样本缺失。
Ct(OP)指针对受试者深部口咽拭子样本的RT-PCR定量循环阈值，报告值为Cq值；若样本RT-PCR结果为阴性，则该值记为100.00。
针对每一项快速抗原检测，其结果标注规则为：0代表阴性，1代表阳性，其余数值则表示结果无法判定、未完成检测或结果缺失。
