The aim of this experiment is to compare gene expression proflies of RAW264.7 cells transfected with no-targeting siRNA or shRNA against SNHG1.To study the effect of lncRNA-SNHG1 on the polarization of macrophages and inflammation. Overall design: RAW264.7 cells mRNA profiles of Control and sh-lncRNA-SNHG1 group were determined by High-throughput sequence.

本实验旨在对比转染无靶向siRNA或靶向SNHG1的shRNA的RAW264.7细胞的基因表达谱，以探究长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）-SNHG1对巨噬细胞极化及炎症反应的调控作用。整体实验设计：通过高通量测序技术检测对照组与sh-lncRNA-SNHG1组RAW264.7细胞的mRNA表达谱。
