本数据集包含了我们针对健康人群与哮喘患者支气管上皮细胞受呼吸道合胞病毒（Respiratory Syncytial Virus, RSV）感染应答的研究所需的基因计数矩阵及对应元数据。本研究采用的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNAseq）数据来源于原代细胞，这些细胞经气液界面（air-liquid interface, ALI）培养完成分化后，接受了RSV感染。该数据集为欧洲基因组学档案（European Genome-phenome Archive, EGA）收录的EGAD00001011264号数据集。
