miRNA expression profiles in the progression of the gastric cancer According to the development of intestinal gastric cancer(GC), the normal gastric mucosa gradually evolves into gastric cancer through CSG(Chronic superficial gastritis), CAG(Chronic atrophic gastritis), IM (intestinal metaplasia) and Dys(Dysplasia). H. pylori is the main risk factor for GC, but the mechanism is still unclear. In this study, we indentified the miRNA, lncRNAs and mRNAs expression profiles in GC progression, analyzed the fuctions and pathways and investigated the relationship between non coding RNAs and H. pylori infection. Our study provided new ideas for the study of the pathogenesis of GC and a basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of GC and precancerous lesions. 胃癌进展过程中的微小核糖核酸(miRNA)表达谱。在肠型胃癌(GC)的发生发展过程中,正常胃黏膜会依次经慢性浅表性胃炎(Chronic superficial gastritis, CSG)、慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG)、肠上皮化生(intestinal metaplasia, IM)及上皮内瘤变(Dysplasia, Dys)逐步进展为胃癌。幽门螺杆菌(H. pylori)是胃癌的主要危险因素,但其具体致病机制尚未明确。本研究鉴定了胃癌进展过程中的微小核糖核酸(miRNA)、长链非编码核糖核酸(lncRNAs)及信使核糖核酸(mRNAs)表达谱,对其功能及参与的信号通路进行分析,并探究了非编码核糖核酸与幽门螺杆菌感染之间的关联。本研究为胃癌发病机制的研究提供了新思路,同时为胃癌及癌前病变的早期诊断与治疗提供了理论基础。实验整体设计:本研究采集了慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、上皮内瘤变及胃癌患者的胃黏膜组织表达谱。
