Gut microbiota is a dynamic biosystem and involved in different biological, cellular process. Culture independent High-throughput sequencing helped to understand microbial diversity and communities. Intestinal microbiome is composition of microbial communities including bacteria, archaea, fungi etc. These microbes involved in different metabolic pathways including nutrient absorption, energy metabolism, diseases, environmental information, genetical information. The aim of this project was to study the effects of chemical stress on intestinal status, microflora and oxidative stress of Heteropneustes fossilis (Bloch) under the regulation of intestinal flora.
肠道微生物群(Gut microbiota)是一类动态生物系统,参与多种生物与细胞进程。非培养依赖型高通量测序(Culture-independent high-throughput sequencing)助力研究者深入解析微生物多样性与群落结构。肠道微生物组(Intestinal microbiome)由细菌、古菌、真菌等微生物群落构成,其参与的代谢通路涵盖营养吸收、能量代谢、疾病进程、环境信息调控及遗传信息处理等多个环节。本研究旨在探究在肠道菌群的调控作用下,化学胁迫对霍氏异唇鲶(Heteropneustes fossilis (Bloch))的肠道状态、微生物群落及氧化应激的影响。
