Transcriptomic analysis of different Candida auris clinical isolates Overall design: RNA Sequencing was performed of 5 Candida auris clinical isolates. Cells were grown to the exponential phase in YPD at 30oC. Cultures were harvested and three biological replicates were subjected for RNA isolation and sequencing library preparation.
