PCGF1-PRC1 links chromatin repression with DNA replication during hematopoietic cell lineage commitment

Polycomb repressive complexes 1 and 2 (PRC1 and 2) repress lineage inappropriate genes during development to maintain proper cellular identities. To reveal the function of a variant PRC1 containing PCGF1 (PCGF1-PRC1), we prepared PCGF1 interacting proteins by immunoprecipitation and characterized them by LC-MS/MS.

多梳抑制复合体1与2（Polycomb Repressive Complexes 1 and 2, PRC1和PRC2）在发育过程中通过抑制谱系不相适宜基因，以维持细胞的正常身份特性。为揭示含PCGF1的变异型PRC1（PCGF1-PRC1）的功能，我们通过免疫沉淀法富集得到PCGF1的互作蛋白，并采用液相色谱-串联质谱（Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS/MS）对其进行了表征鉴定。
