Genotypes of animals from experimental herds at Leales (Argentina)

Twenty five animals from the Argentinean Creole herd at the Leales Station (Argenyina) that had been genotyped with the Axiom Bos 1 or ArBos1 arrays (640K and 50K, respectively) of Affymetrix and and matched with IMAGE 10k. Total: 7459 snps
