Transcriptomic analysis provided that BrCLF play prominent roles in B. rapa developmental processes, stress signaling, and stress-responsive metabolisms. Overall design: Experiment was performed using three biological replicates for both 2-week-old seedling of ‘brclf’ mutant and ‘R-o-18’ as a wild type.
