Bacterial proteomics

D. shibae DFL 12 was cultured in modified Silicibacter basal medium, pH ~7.2, added with 6mM SQ, glucose or acetate, respectively. Cells were harvested via centrifugation at the exponential phase. A Label-free analyses of total proteins of crude extracts of SQ-, glucose- and acetate-grown cells was investigated.

将D. shibae DFL 12接种于改良型Silicibacter基础培养基中，培养基pH值约为7.2，并分别添加6mM的SQ、葡萄糖与乙酸盐。于指数生长期通过离心收集菌体细胞。针对以SQ、葡萄糖及乙酸盐培养的细胞粗提取物的总蛋白，开展了无标记（label-free）蛋白质组分析。
