We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying root hair development and identified distinct classes of changed genes during this process. Overall design: 7-d-old arabidopsis root tissues that harvested from AtRXR1 overexpressor or mutant, and wild type control were conducted the ATH1 microarray analysis.
