We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying root hair development and identified distinct classes of changed genes during this process. Overall design: 7-d-old arabidopsis root tissues that harvested from AtRXR1 overexpressor or mutant, and wild type control were conducted the ATH1 microarray analysis.

本研究通过基因芯片（microarray）技术解析了根毛发育背后的全局基因表达调控程序，并鉴定出该过程中不同类别的差异表达基因。整体实验设计：选取7日龄拟南芥根组织，分别从AtRXR1过表达株系、突变体株系及野生型对照中取材，随后对上述组织开展ATH1基因芯片分析。
