Overexpression profiling reveals cellular requirements in context of genetic backgrounds and environments

Systematic identification of genes whose overexpression functions adaptively in S. cerevisiae to reveals the mechanisms of adaptation driven by overexpression. We uploaded the results of evolution experiments and RNAseq under 1 M NaCl/YPD to this database.

本研究系统性鉴定了在酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）中过表达后可发挥适应性功能的基因，以揭示过表达驱动的适应性机制。本数据库收录了1摩尔氯化钠（1 M NaCl）胁迫及酵母提取物蛋白胨葡萄糖培养基（YPD，Yeast Extract Peptone Dextrose）培养条件下的进化实验与RNA测序（RNAseq）结果。
