Analysis of different expression of microRNAs in immortalized human pancreatic duct epithelial cells treated with cigarette smoke condensate. Cigarette smoking plays vital role in tumorigenesis and development of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Results provide insight in the machenisms involved in PDAC initiation and progression. MicroRNA expression in immortalized human pancreatic duct epithelial cells (HPDE6-C7) treated with cigarette smoke condensate (CSC)or DMSO for 48 h were measured. Three independent experiments were performed for each treatment.
本数据集针对香烟烟雾冷凝物(cigarette smoke condensate, CSC)处理永生化人胰腺导管上皮细胞后的微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)差异表达情况展开分析。吸烟在胰腺导管腺癌(pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, PDAC)的发生与发展进程中发挥至关重要的作用,本研究结果可为阐明PDAC起始与进展所涉及的分子机制提供新的研究视角。研究对经CSC或二甲基亚砜(dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO)处理48小时的永生化人胰腺导管上皮细胞(HPDE6-C7)的微小RNA表达水平进行了检测,且每种处理条件均开展三次独立重复实验。
