Investigation of hallmarks of COPD and CVD over an 8-month period in Apoe-/- mice exposed to conventional cigarette smoke or to the aerosol of a candidate MRTP, THS2.2. Characterization of the hearttranscriptome using Affymetrix GeneChip® Mouse Genome 430 Arrays. This dataset contains the CEL files (raw data) and the relevant metadata.
