Temperature profile data were collected using bathythermograph (BT/XBT/AXBT) casts from the Pacific Ocean from March 7, 1977 to March 31, 1979. Data were submitted by Scripps Instituion of Oceanography as part of the International Decade of Ocean Exploration / North Pacific Experiment (IDOE/NORPAX) project.
