The Basilica of the Sacred Heart

My MFA thesis is a collection of short stories that captures the passion, emotions, and---sometimes surprises--- that women bring to bear, be it in their roles as mothers and wives or as gate keepers. While most of these fictional stories are set in Nigeria, one of them, the title story, is set on the Notre Dame campus, specifically the Basilica of the Sacred Heart.

我的美术硕士（Master of Fine Arts）学位论文为一部短篇小说集，旨在捕捉女性所倾注的热忱、心绪乃至偶发的惊喜——无论她们身为人母、人妇，抑或是作为社群把关者。尽管这些虚构短篇大多以尼日利亚为背景，其中一篇以同名故事为题的作品，背景设定在圣母大学（Notre Dame）校园内，具体为圣心大教堂（Basilica of the Sacred Heart）。
