16s rRNA high throughput sequencing of gut microbiota of giant panda

Here, 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing was performed to explore the differences in gut microbiota communities between anorexia and healthy GPs, and to find the potential bio-marker that causing anorexia in the GPs.
