资源包含典型气象海洋卫星的两行轨道根数以及地面稳定目标的经纬度信息，该资源可为基准载荷与气象海洋卫星SNO交叉定标的轨道优化以及对地面稳定目标交叉定标的轨道优化提供数据支撑，并为后续基准载荷卫星在轨部署提供技术支撑。
This resource contains two-line element sets (TLE) of typical meteorological and oceanographic satellites, as well as latitude and longitude information of ground-stable targets. It can provide data support for the orbit optimization of cross-calibration between reference payloads and SNO meteorological and oceanographic satellites, as well as that of cross-calibration for ground-stable targets. Additionally, it offers technical support for the subsequent on-orbit deployment of reference payload satellites.
