This dataset includes the PCR primer pairs and psbK-psbI, trnE-trnT, ycf1, matK regions from Strobilanthes bantonensis Lindau collected in Cao Bang province, Vietnam. The trnE-trnT, psbK-psbI, ycf1 sequences (hypervariable regions with nucleotide diversity (Pi) values greater than 0.02), and the matK barcode were downloaded from the chloroplast genome of Strobilanthes bantonensis (GenBank: MT576695.1) as the basis for designing PCR primer pairs to amplify the trnE-trnT, psbK-psbI, ycf1, and matK regions. The designed PCR primer pairs have the characteristics shown in Table 1. The trnE-trnT space region sequence is 692 bp in length; the psbK-psbI space region sequence is 385 bp in length; the ycf1 gene region is 786 bp in length; the matK gene region is 962 bp in length.

本数据集包含采自越南高平省的班顿马蓝(Strobilanthes bantonensis Lindau)的PCR引物对及psbK-psbI、trnE-trnT、ycf1、matK区域序列。其中,trnE-trnT、psbK-psbI、ycf1序列(核苷酸多样性(nucleotide diversity)(Pi)值大于0.02的高变区域)及matK条形码序列均从班顿马蓝的叶绿体基因组(GenBank登录号:MT576695.1)下载,作为设计PCR引物对以扩增trnE-trnT、psbK-psbI、ycf1及matK区域的基础。所设计的PCR引物对具有表1所示的特征。trnE-trnT间隔区序列长度为692 bp;psbK-psbI间隔区序列长度为385 bp;ycf1基因区域长度为786 bp;matK基因区域长度为962 bp。
