本研究对库欣综合征（Cushing）患者的内脏脂肪组织（visceral adipose tissue）进行测序，旨在鉴定疾病进展的新型标志物及脂肪组织中与该疾病相关的其他分子变化。整体实验设计：对库欣病（Cushing's disease）患者（n=12）及配对对照患者（n=5）的内脏脂肪组织开展RNA测序（RNA Seq）。
