Chemical and isotopic data on volcanic gases from crater fumaroles on Vulcano Island (Sicily)

The chemical and isotopic (C, H, O, Ar and He) compositions of the fluids from La Fossa crater fumaroles of Vulcano from 1988 to 2024. Temperatures were measured and gas samples collected from selected fumaroles located in the northern rim (F11, F5AT, and F0) and the inner flank (FA) of the La Fossa cone at a monthly or bimonthly frequency, and analyzed for chemical and isotopic compositions.
