Systematic Study of in vitro Selection Stringency Reveals How to Enrich High-Affinity Aptamers

Library-immobilized SELEX was performed with an N30 stem-loop structured DNA library to isolate an aptamer that binds to the small molecule flunixin. Pools from various trials were sequenced.
