本数据集主要面向纳米药物的临床前安全性评价及替代方法研究,基于国家纳米科学中心的微流控芯片与微纳检测平台产生。数据主要记录了利用微流控器官芯片和细胞外囊泡(EVs)液体活检技术建立的高通量评价体系的相关数据。内容包括器官芯片上的细胞活力、炎症因子(IL-6, TNF-α)分泌水平、组织屏障完整性数据,以及化疗药物诱导的EVs表面聚糖指纹图谱和酶活性(如APE1)变化数据。数据总量约 532 MB,该数据集为纳米药物的毒理学评价提供了比传统动物实验更高效、更仿生的新方法与新指标。
This dataset is primarily intended for preclinical safety evaluation and alternative method research of nanomedicines, and was generated based on the microfluidic chip and micro-nano detection platform of the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology. The data mainly records relevant information from a high-throughput evaluation system established using microfluidic organ-on-a-chip and extracellular vesicle (EVs) liquid biopsy technologies. The content includes data on cell viability on organ-on-a-chip, secretion levels of inflammatory factors (IL-6, TNF-α), tissue barrier integrity, as well as changes in surface glycan fingerprint profiles and enzymatic activities (e.g., APE1) of EVs induced by chemotherapeutic drugs. The total data volume is approximately 532 MB. This dataset provides more efficient and biomimetic novel methods and indicators for toxicological evaluation of nanomedicines compared to traditional animal experiments.
