By adopting technical means including information interaction, position awareness, information collection, meteorological monitoring, video surveillance, face recognition, mobile internet and intelligent analysis, a smart supervision platform for offshore wind power will be constructed to achieve real-time monitoring of the dynamics of vessels, personnel and other relevant entities, comprehensively oversee the construction, operation and maintenance processes of offshore wind power, and realize whole-process, full-chain and all-scenario comprehensive management with four core characteristics: "comprehensive information circulation", "visualized on-site management", "integrated remote communication" and "data-driven platform operation".
