通过2019和2020年度的科考工作,第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究任务五专题3课题4地衣科考分队(2019QZKK05030400)对青藏高原地区大量的地衣采集空白区域进行了补充采集。2019年度科考首次深入对藏北阿里地区进行地衣生物多样性深度考察,2020年度对可可西里,三江源等地衣考察空白地区进行野外考察和标本采集。这些考察工作揭开了青藏高原地区地衣组成的神秘面纱,填补了国内对该地区馆藏的空白。
本数据集包含自2019年7月至2020年9月在西藏自治区、青海省、四川省、云南省采集的10,283号地衣标本信息,其中包括采集生境、采集时间、采集人、经纬度、海拔、拉丁学名等信息。包含标本照片4,328张,其中2019年815号地衣标本的2,425张照片,2020年543号标本的1,903张照片。实体标本储存于中国科学院昆明植物研究所标本馆(KUN)。标本采集信息和野外生态照片等均在Biotracks数据库和KUN标本数据库等各个数据库之间实现了同步,便于相关人员后期研究、整理和查询。标本目前在KUN标本馆内按时间、地区、属名排序并单独存放,便于后续研究,并且都保存了相应的分子材料或获得了分子序列,为后续标本的分类和系统学研究奠定了良好的材料基础。目前也正在开展各类群的DNA提取和系统分类学研究工作。
Through field surveys conducted in 2019 and 2020, the Lichen Expedition Team of Task 5, Topic 3, Project 4 of the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research (grant no. 2019QZKK05030400) conducted supplementary collections in numerous under-sampled areas of the Tibetan Plateau. In 2019, the expedition carried out the first in-depth survey of lichen biodiversity in the Ngari Prefecture of northern Tibet; in 2020, field investigations and specimen collections were conducted in under-sampled lichen survey areas such as Hoh Xil and Sanjiangyuan. These expeditions unveiled the mystery of lichen communities in the Tibetan Plateau and filled the gaps in domestic museum collections of this region.
This dataset contains information on 10,283 lichen specimens collected from July 2019 to September 2020 in the Tibet Autonomous Region, Qinghai Province, Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province. The information includes collection habitat, collection date, collectors, geographic coordinates, altitude, and Latin scientific names, among others. These include 4,328 specimen photos: 2,425 photos for 815 lichen specimens collected in 2019, and 1,903 photos for 543 lichen specimens collected in 2020. The physical specimens are stored in the Herbarium of the Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (KUN). Collection information of the specimens and field ecological photos have been synchronized across multiple databases including the Biotracks Database and the KUN Herbarium Database, facilitating subsequent research, organization and querying by relevant researchers. Currently, the specimens are stored separately in the KUN Herbarium, sorted by collection time, geographic origin and genus name, to facilitate follow-up research. Corresponding molecular materials or molecular sequences have been obtained for all specimens, laying a solid material foundation for subsequent taxonomic and systematic studies of the specimens. Currently, research on DNA extraction and systematic taxonomy for various lichen groups is also underway.
