Case Study Murals for sustainability assessment

For the development of the sustainability assessment framework in WP5, to gather information on sustainability challenges and potential hot spots in the six FAIRCHAIN Case Studies, a Mural was created for each case study. Each Mural contains identified potential hot spots linked to the current situation and to the new intermediate value chain, covering all three dimensions of sustainability (environmental, social, and economic sustainability). The Murals were used in the interaction with the case studies and were refined successively between 2021-03-11 and 2022-01--31
