RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF SOLID/CYSTIC PSEUDOPAPILLARY TUMOR PATIENTS:

Solid/cystic pseuodopapillary tumor (SPPT) is a rare Pancreatic tumor of low malignant potential, with a worse prognosis at male patients. At female patients the tumor is less agresive. The ki-67 indexes are < 1% while 40% at the male patient. The tumor is agresive, metastasing with hıgh grade atypical areas, hıgh mitosis rate. There is no hıgh grade atypical areas at female patients even though the tumor exceeds its capsule. Surgical treatment should be restricted to the tumor at female patients and no additional treatments should be needed.

实性囊性假乳头状瘤（Solid/cystic pseudopapillary tumor，SPPT）是一种罕见的低度恶性潜能胰腺肿瘤，男性患者的预后较差。女性患者的肿瘤侵袭性更低。该肿瘤的Ki-67指数通常小于1%，但男性患者的Ki-67指数可达40%。此类肿瘤具有侵袭性，可发生转移，伴高级别异型区域及高核分裂象率；即便女性患者的肿瘤突破被膜，也不存在高级别异型区域。女性患者的手术治疗应仅针对肿瘤病灶实施，无需额外辅助治疗。
