以|log₂(折叠变化, Fold Change)|≥1且P值<0.05为筛选阈值,在ZH11中经热激(Heat Stress, HS)处理后,分别有4122个差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes, DEGs)上调、4100个差异表达基因下调;在正常或胁迫条件下的htg3突变体中,共计4725个基因(H-DEGs)发生差异表达;在上述H-DEGs中,有1025个和947个基因分别在ZH11中经热激处理后出现上调和下调表达。本数据集包含四叶期ZH11(中花11)及htg3突变体在正常条件、热激0.5小时下的水稻叶片mRNA表达谱。
