Complete Transcriptome Analysis of Clonorchis sinensis at Four Different Development Stages

Clonorchis sinensis is an important zoonotic parasite, and long-term infection can cause serious hepatobiliary diseases and even cholangiocarcinoma. However, the full transcriptome analysis of clonorchis sinensis has not been reported yet. Therefore, we conducted transcriptome analysis on the samples of clonorchis sinensis at four different stages (adults, eggs, metacercariae and excysted metacercariae) to obtain the non-coding RNA (ncRNA) related to the growth, development and reproduction of clonorchis sinensis.

华支睾吸虫（Clonorchis sinensis）是一类重要的人畜共患寄生虫，其长期感染可引发严重肝胆疾病，甚至胆管癌。然而，目前尚未见针对华支睾吸虫的全转录组分析相关研究报道。为此，本研究针对华支睾吸虫四个不同发育阶段的样本（成虫、虫卵、囊蚴及脱囊后尾蚴）开展转录组分析，以期获取与华支睾吸虫生长、发育及繁殖相关的非编码RNA（non-coding RNA, ncRNA）。
