To investigate the effect of L. casei IDCC 3451 on behavioral impairments in mice induced by UCMS (unpredictable chronic mild stress), the mice were categorized into four groups: CONT (control group), UCMS (mice exposed to unpredictable chronic mild stress), 3451 (UCMS mice treated with L. casei IDCC 3451), and LGG (UCMS mice treated with L. rhamnosus GG as a positive control). Each group consisted of 15 biosamples, with fecal samples collected and analyzed by group. Genomic analysis of the fecal microbiota for each group was performed, with the study including 8 replicates of each analysis.
为探究干酪乳杆菌IDCC 3451(L. casei IDCC 3451)对不可预知慢性轻度应激(unpredictable chronic mild stress, UCMS)诱导的小鼠行为障碍的干预效果,本研究将受试小鼠划分为四组:对照组(CONT)、不可预知慢性轻度应激模型组(UCMS)、干酪乳杆菌IDCC 3451给药组(3451,即经UCMS造模后给予L. casei IDCC 3451处理的小鼠)、鼠李糖乳杆菌GG(L. rhamnosus GG)阳性对照组(LGG,即经UCMS造模后给予L. rhamnosus GG处理的小鼠)。每组包含15份生物样本,按组收集粪便样本并开展分析。对各组粪便菌群进行基因组分析,每项分析设置8次重复实验。
